YDTX-0020 is a development board based on Rockchip RK3399, which is independently developed, produced and sold by Shenzhen Yidiantong New Technology Co., Ltd.

RK3399 chip adopts big.LITTLE size core architecture, dual Cortex-A72 large core + four Cortex-A53 small core structure, greatly optimized for integer, floating point, memory, etc., in terms of overall performance, power consumption and core area. All have a revolutionary improvement. The GPU of RK3399 uses the quad-core ARM new generation high-end image processor Mali-T860, which integrates more bandwidth compression technologies: such as smart superposition, ASTC, local pixel storage, etc. It also supports more graphics and computing interfaces, and the overall performance is better than that A generation increase of 45%.

RK3399 has rich interface expansion capabilities. HDMI2.0, MIPI-CSI, MIPI-DSI, PCIe, DP1.2, eDP, USB3.0, and 42Pin headers are reserved (including: 8-channel I2S, ADC, I2C, SPI/UART, GPIO, LINEOUT, SPEAKER ). 4. EDP Design

1.RK3399 chip comes with an LCD controller with EDP interface, EDP is a differential signal line, suitable for driving LCD screens with higher resolution. It includes 5 sets of differential pairs. Because there are many module signal definitions and the possibility of use, the eDP signal has an interface reserved on the internal front of the module.

2.The total data transmission capacity of the EDP interface can reach 21.6Gbps, which is 3 times that of the LVDS interface. It can drive higher resolution LCD screens, such as 2K and 4K screens.

5. MIPI design

1.MIPI is an alliance established by ARM, Nokia, ST, TI and other companies in 2003. The purpose is to standardize the internal interfaces of mobile phones such as cameras, display screens, and radio frequency baseband interfaces, thereby reducing the complexity of mobile phone design and increasing design complexity. flexibility. MIPI is a relatively new standard, and currently more mature applications include DSI (display interface) and CSI (camera interface).

2.RK3399 supports 1 MIPI-CSI input. Users can choose flexibly according to their needs. The data transfer rate of the MIPI interface is much greater than that of the LVDS interface.
